According to customers' usage habits and brewing requirements, we divide mashing into the following categories:
Brewhouse:
Combined system(mash boiling tank, upper lauter and bottom whirlpool)
2vessel(mash/lauter tank, kettle/whirlpool tank),
3vessel(mash tun, lauter tank, kettle/whirlpool tank);

It is flexible to do either decoction or infusion mashing process. The whole brewhouse sized as exact beer plato / gravity from client.
The whole system is compact and easy to install.

Standard Setup
● Mash tank with top stir, paddle type mixer, VFD, with steam condensing unit, bottom agitator for optional.
● Mash/Lauter with top stir, VFD, automatic grain spent, wort collect pipes, Milled sieve plate. bottom raker for optional.
● Kettle/Whirlpool steam heating, with steam condensing unit, tangent wort inlet, internal heater for optional.
● Piping connection to be TC or DIN.
● Support fittings: double / single stage plate cooler, piping strainer, grist hydrator, wort sink etc
● Standard brewhouse platform or customized
● All pump & Stir with VFD
● With hot water tank configured for sparging and mashing in etc, and increase the production efficiency.
● Valves to be manual butterfly one or pneumatic

Features
