Introducing international testing technology and developing a special sensor according to the digital signal processing method, the die-cast rotor tester is able to automatically analyze and judge the filling quality of the die-cast rotor.
This system is applied to all kinds of cast aluminum and copper rotors, such as the cast aluminum rotor of the compressor motor, the cast aluminum rotor of the washing machine motor, the cast aluminum rotor of the fan motor, the cast aluminum rotor of the pump motor, the rotor of automobile motor and three-phase asynchronous motor, etc. The main detection functions are the broken bar, the fullness of the bar (thin bar, hole, bubble, and porosity ), leakage between the squirrel cage and lamination, squirrel cage eccentricity, and slot deviation.

Test items: broken bar, thin bar, maximum amplitude value, minimum amplitude value, comprehensive value.
