enviClone Photovoltaic PV Module Solar Panel Wind Resistance Dynamic Mechanical Load Test Machine
The PV modules Dynamic Mechanical Load (DML) Test Machine simulates the dynamic load with the pneumatic cylinders and suction cups. Each pneumatic cylinder drives one suction cup, and each cylinder rod is equipped with one tension pressure sensor. Each pneumatic cylinder is a separate control module. Periodic load stress test is performed on the Photovoltaic (PV) Modules’ surface, and PV Modules can be installed according to different requirements. The system also has the ability to monitor the curvature of the PV Module’s center points in real time.
The Dynamic Mechanical Loading Testing Equipment is used to test wind resistance or impact capacity performance of solar energy pv modules as per international test standard IEC TS 62782

The test platform is 800mm from the ground by default and can be adjusted to 760 or 780mm through the guide rail;
Each suction cup structure includes a cylinder, suction cup, pull pressure gauge, etc., making control more convenient;
The pressure of each cylinder can be controlled individually to achieve different load values in different areas of the component;
