Our company TLT designs and manufactures decorative plastic components for appliances, interior automotive, plumbing and consumer products, since 2003 in Ping Shan Town of Shenzhen in China. Our product & service includes electroplating, brushing, masking, painting, pad printing and assembly of knobs, handles, buttons, bezels, levers, nameplates, dials, faceplates, end caps, trims, housings, faucets, shower head assemblies and escutcheons. We also provides custom an integrated service of tooling design, tool build (1K & 2K capable), molding (1K and 2K), decorating & finishing and part assembly. Our project manufacturing team follow APQP procedure focus on Project Development & Management, Process Control, Quality Assurance & Control, and Continuous Improvement; We provide our service and products to customers in China for North America, Central and South America market. In Q4 of 2017, we setup an fully automatic electro-plating line at Bo Lou of Huizhou City. Our management team for sales, customer service, project management, processing control, engineering, tooling/racking, quality control/system, maintenance, safety, environmental protection and logistic expertise in decorate plastic industries.
